I am getting ready to do a Sustanon 300 and Dianabol cycle. This will be my first one. I am new. I have done a fair amount of research. I would like some advice if you have any to give because if I'm going to do this then I don't want to make any mistakes.

I have just got back into training in the past 3 months. I have gained 5 Lbs. I have learned the importance of working a muscle to failure, so I have been taking sometimes 2 or 3 days between workouts to properly recover. I feel great but I want to put on some size. I used to work out regularly up until about 3 yrs ago. I did that for about 3 yrs prior. I went up to 238Lbs . I worked out for a couple of yrs back when I was 18. I graduated from High School weighing 153 Lbs. 1 yr later I was up to 206 Lbs , from consistant training and improved eating and supplements such as creatine. So i'm just saying I have some experience with proper eating, resting, and training. I do not however, have any experience with steroids. I am at a point in my life where I think i'm ready to give them a shot. Just to see if they really work. Lol.
So.. I was talking with a buddy from the gym... And he hooked me up with 2 x 10mg Sustanon 300. 200 x 10mg Dianabol. 1 x 30ml Arimidex. 120 x 20mg Nolvadex. I went ahead and got the pins and swabs also. I think i'm ready. My plan is to go for 12 weeks with the sustanon at 0.75mg 2 x weekly for the first 4 weeks. Then 1mg 2 x weekly for 4 weeks. Then go back to 0.75mg 2 x weekly for the last 4 weeks. Lastly 10mg twice daily Dianabol. Arimidex every other day but i'm not sure how much to take and for how long. ? PCT to start 14 days after my last injection 40/40/20/20 Nolvadex. I see some people using nolvadex and clomid. Why do they do that? Do I need anything else? Also i'm thinking during post cycle I should probably take some natural supplements as well like tesosterone boosters or anything to help raise natural hormone production. Any recommendations? To date i'm taking multi vitamins, Omega 3's, 1/2 asprin, Acai berry, Milk Thistle, Maca powder, L-Glutamine, as supplements. Does that need any tweaks? Oh yeah, and here's my biggest question. Can I consider my blood pressure to be good if I'm on medication to make it that way? I went for a complete physical 2 months ago and everything else came back in check.
I know I have alot of questions, if you have any time to give me some advice I would surely appreciate it. Thank you.
