Dude, you said you look like numbing jelly... Like novacaine... Bro, you should try to be humble, because this site is filled with guys that are much bigger than us, and it's because they accepted other peoples experiences and followed advice from people who have already tried, failed and eventually succeeded. This forum is your best shortcut, even better than steroids because it has information that you need.
I ain't tryin to knock you down, just saying that if EVERYBODY says diet is key, then it must be true. If you have an iPhone, or iPod touch download "my net diary" which is for counting macros. Very user friendly and free for the lite version. It made me wake up and realize I wasn't eating enough.
Good luck man, you'll need it...

well as unpleasant as looking anesthetic sounds, it certainly seems more preferable to me than looking unaesthetic.
either way there's lots of good info here and in the diet forum.

not sure why 165lb man is going after 80g of fat ( if that is even good fat)
and if you just came off a cycle and finished your pct you need to restrict your protein intake to 1g per lbm or even body weight. So in theory you only want around 150-165g protein right now. With modified and tested bmr calculations u are at around 2300. so add 400 calories if you do cardio and another 230calories for weight resistance training all approx. so in theory you would wanna eat around 2900 calories at your age to try and "beat" your metabolism. This is of course on training days only.. off days you should stick to the 2300 calories or less
or if you were simple carb cycling.
rest day = 165p 216c 42 fat
work out days = 165p 400c 63f
If you were getting these from proper whole food sources and not protein shakes or junk and sugar you will gain weight at a "body recomp" weight as you gain lbm you will lose body fat% its not a fast over night protocol. But its solid, i don't like bulking and cutting. You really lack diet and nutrition experience. Even if you take it in school, the FDA ( i might not be spot on with this buts in the same ball park) says the average daily intake of 2000 calorie American diet is what 40g protein for a male? im not sure body builders wanna use that sort of mentality. Its not your fault and im not flaming u for your lack of knowledge, we can either help you or you can do it yourself, something tells me you would be better off listening to us.
Come to the diet forum and start a thread and we will take care of you.

This is a sample from the diet thread, i dont agree on the micros, but it snot ment to be spot on its ment to give you a rough idea where you are failing in terms of calories in vs calories out
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories
*Reminder: This is a PRIMER. It’s not mean to be comprehensive. Everyone is different, to find out what works for your body takes trial and error.

So here is the big picture right now your still a boy (don't take offense) over the next 5 years will will become a man and you will understand what I'm saying when you get there.
There will be lots of changes with your body, naturally your body will get thicker and stronger and fill out. So many 18-20 year olds claim to have made amazing gains with AAS through their 20's and gained lots of weight. I assure you they more than likely would have gained it anyways.
IMHO

Okay well thanks for all the advice everyone. Stupid that there's so many members posting on this thread who don't have anything better to say to me.

Off topic but I'm subscribing to this.
Every once in a while these little gems come along.
Young fella please don't give the members here a bad attitude as manners cost nothing.
If the general census is saying don't touch AAS then you gotta just hold hold for 5 minutes and think 99% of these guys are telling me the same thing there's got to be a grain of truth somewhere.
As for the immature I'm a important member of society comment!
I have been in charge of security for 3 night clubs for 5 years now and worked on the doors for nearly a decade please don't ever drop
"you don't know who I am"
It's pathetic!!!!

I think you guys are misunderstanding... I will post some pics if its such a big deal... my legs are nice, and Im 20 years old college students as a server at a restaurant and I also own my own small home business. So compared to most of the people my age... I'm doing quite well in all areas of life.

I have friends who made their first million by 20. Slinging plates at a restaurant and selling online trinkets doesn't make you different than anyone else. If you asked thier are some big timers here who still remain humble and anonymous. Special Forces Military guys who have risked it all, Multi millionaires, doctors, lawyers, COPS, Firefighters, chemical engineers (some of legal chems lol) and so on.
Many of these guys have anywhere from 2-20 years of experience and still are willing to listen and take advise. Remain humble Winner and listen to the advise you have been given. It really seperates the men from the boys in here.

Bro, honestly i had the same issue when i was in my early 20s. I tried every trick in the book with a diat but had no luck untill i did a big cycle. Everyone thought I was crazy but it worked. Now, I am 38 years old and I manage to stay big and lean. I really thing GH made the bigest difference for me.

IF the kid is not growing eating the calories of someone 30lbs heavier then him. ( let alone he really isn't eating enough) how does being anabolic magically make him grow then? growth is diet dependent. so a big cycle is the answer? and promoting GH as the deal breaker... please scan your lab work and sHow your lipid profile and rbc count from your first big cycle as a kid and show blood work from this week as a middle age man.
one would think 20 years of lifting would make you big and lean, but nah its was just the drugs and GH.

of the course of the next 6 months. i cant say for sure, but you wont sustain the gains. most people wont even diet till 6 weeks AFTER pct so get through that and get through the next 3 months
and remember from what you said you were eating you didn't east 3000 calories mate. had you gained those 15lbs naturally you could have kept them, There is a online myth you can keep your gains from your first cycle. Read the education thread marcuss has a thread about trying to keep gains. I suggest you read it.

I can't believe this is still going on! I thought this case was closed and the kid was going to hang out in the nutrition section were he belonged. Who brought him back for more of this "yeah but what if" nonsense???
