    how long would you off cycle?

    Off cycling rightnow from a test only cycle. Andropen 275. Iv already done my PCT. But wasn't quite sure how long I should wait before starting again. Any feedback is much appreciated thanks!

    Good rule of thumb is time on cycle +time on PCT=time off cycle

    Ya iv heard that. I plan on doing another test only cycle. My cycle consisted of 12 weeks on, pct started 18 days after last pin, and lasted 4 weeks. So that's a grand total of about 18 weeks. So are you saying from the day I ended my pct, I should wait 18 more weeks before starting again?

    I don't know of it matters, but I feel great the pct worked very well and was bareable. My lab rats balls are now normal too.

    I would take at least 12-16 weeks off. Or you can go get some bloodwork done and confirm everything is up to par!

    Yes that is correct. Use the time off to stay focused on your diet and training to make the most of your gains.

    with 12 week cycles, you can go about 2 cycles a year

    I'm doing great only down 3 lbs rightnow. Iv been hella supprised. I also was taking d-aspartic acid during part of my pct wit my aminos, and creatine, etc

    This is why I prefer short cycles. Hit the max gains get off then back on sooner. I am going to have to find the article I read about the effectivness of short cycles.

    ^^This! Go 8-10 weeks of short ester and hop back on sooner. I think PCT is quicker as well(or at least it should be), then back on sooner. I am on TRT, so it easier forme to get on that not. Not that I should. I have been off for almost 2 months and feeling pretty good.

    Twice as long "off" as on: Conservative, yet effective over the course of time.

    Equal time "off" as on: More aggressive, pushing it a little, but not greatly

    Half as much time "off" as on: Aggressive, definitely pushing it, about as far as one can go before things start being much more similar to being "on" all the time than to actually being cycling.

    This question is for Roman or anyone who knows a good deal of knowledge. I don't plan on starting again for at least another 6 weeks.

    Would it be really tough on my body to start up today and do another solid 12 weeks of "hardcore health freak shit?" I assume it would be, but if someone could give me some examples of what could happen if I.did start again now with little time completely off.

    this is were everyone goes wrong. you will get back on now, and stay on for years probably when you do come off you wont like it and get back on. welcome to steroid abuse and Body dysmorphic disorder. Its your call if you wanna blast but have you got lab work done 6 weeks after pct to see if you are up and running?

    if you wanna get huge, stay on for a year, with a plan but don't dick around with a roller coaster of hormones on off on off on off ....

    follow a 8 week cycle with time off till your lh has recovered or blast and deal with the side effects and the harder pct of getting your LH to switch back on.,

    Thanks for the advice. See the thing is that I'm so young to. I would think that staying on for a year would deff make me need trt, so I'm not doing that. Is it bad to on, pct, on, pct, on,pct.....and so on. Or do people just never come off?

    no people here will say time on = time off.

    that in it self is a rule of thumb, you need to get blood work done to understand when your body is up and running. nobody knows for sure.

    There is no right answer, yes a lot of people stay on for long periods of time but they are not honest with them selves. The best is to know your goals, if you are young why are you on roids? diet and getting to the gym makes people grow. Its when you have pushed yourself after years of training that you use aas to further ur training and break ur current platue.

    The idea that a pct between blasts is not a good idea. if you wanna blast then do so understanding the risks and how to do it correctly. If side effects and trt is a problem for you, then roids are not the answer, dedication and hard work with a good knowledge of dieting is.

    the fact that you are 20 years of age and think you need steriods , is a indication that you dont listen or respect the general rule of thought that you are simply too young to juice. But you know better right? u are different ,...

    not really, u just came off and you wanna be back on already. with no apprently blood work you may need to be on trt already for teh rest of your life.

    Iv been training 6-7 days a week for the past 3 almost 4 years. Plus football weight training for one year b4 those. So when should I start again in your opinion. My goal is to hit 175lbs. I'm 164lbs today @ 8-10 bf.

    Iv been an athlete my whole life and like bodybuilding. No longer have any intrest at all for college sports. Its about good college degrees, gym and making good $ at the restaurant I work at. PERIOD.

    with diet you could be 175lbs easy in 4-6 weeks, and those are solid lean gains with attention fat loss. Steriods are an illusion, poof your big then poof you're not.

    are just a few things you need to take into consideration when messing with your body. dont do it. Diet is everything and if you can beat the diet game, then you really are winning.

    the fact you are around 160lbs after 1 cycle is a worry. You need to go get blood work done from your doctor, and enjoy life some. You are not a pro body builder.

    If i had you here right now, i could train you and feed you and have you at 200lbs around 15% bf by the end of December and have you jacked at 185, 8% by mid February. thats lower bf% and 10lbs more lbm then your current goal.

    if you ran a 12 week( 3 month cycle ) 2 week half life then 4 weeks pct then 6 weeks recovery (no dieting) then diet down. thats like 6 mmonths from now and still lands you in the month of next February. With out the gear, and then in February you could diet down to 10% bf .

    my way is cleaner, safer. cheaper and quicker.

    is juice that answer, for some yes. for YOU ... no.

    Well I'm at 3500 calories a day brother, my metabolism is the game I can't beat. Its to damn fast!

    5 eggs, 2 slices toast. A loaf of carrot rasin bread my work makes, a bomb peach like fruit, one protein shake, and one large serving of home made raviollies. Taking hella ravioliies with me when I go out tonight.

    Dude, you have enough protein in your "diet" to feed my goldfish... You need to be eating hundreds of grams of protein, carbs (good carbs) and less than 100g of fat.

    You may be hitting 3500 calories but I'm sure they are not clean... Read the "how to bulk" thread and pay particular attention to the meal plan it has as an example. U need to understand that eating is what makes you grow. Being aware of what your putting into your body is a serious game. I've bought a digital food scale, cooler and icepacks and all sorts of thing I never knew i needed until I finally really counted my calories. That meant I needed to know accurately how much weight of each food I consume.... Like 200grams of chicken breast = 46 grams of protein. That's between 2 and 4 breasts... Depend on size.... 5 eggs (extra large) is only 35g pro, and 17.5gfat!!! 17.5g fat is like 150 cals!!! Wasted!!!

    See where I'm going with this. Dieting isn't eating lots of yummy food, its eating calculated amounts of food your body needs to grow.

    Get in that diet section and read read read. The best mindset when in that section is "I know nothing about dieting and this is where I will learn what I need to grow"

    Eating while your supposed to be resting will stunt your gains too. Rest is prudent!!!

    Approximately 340g pro 350g pro 65g fat is about 3400cals. May be a bit off. Don't want to go to the calculator

    My macros are about 270p, 280c, and 80f. ON AN AVERAGE DAY. Trust me I eat plenty of chicken and rice throughout my day.
