    First cycle -

    Hey guys, decided to start my first ever roid cycle in the next few weeks.

    Decided on Test-E alone for 12-16 weeks, 2 week break then start nolva PCT.

    Was just wondering if anyone could advise me of what side effects to expect? Any other general advise about how to make my first jabs go a little easier?

    Any advise appreciated

    Been training for about 5 years, seriously training 2 years.

    Training - Usually 5 days a week, give or take a day, generally work complimentary muscles, and try to fit in a little cardio each week (but I won't lie, I am a bit of a cardio dodger!)

    Last few weeks my diets been poor, as has my training, due to illness, but I'll be back on form before I start a cycle.

    Diet generally consists mainly of brown rice, eggs, and chicken. I try to keep my carbs FAIRLY low, and try to eat most of my daily carbs morning/mid afternoon - Plenty of time before I train.

    Bit of background - My training 'dedication' has a history of being sporadic - It used to be for sports, so I'd be doing seasons of intense training then seasons of light.

    These days I go through stages of being 110% devoted, obsessive, to being completely demotivated (generally due to illness/injury) but until my recent bad health, it had been a good year of full time dedication!

    If I'm starting a cycle or not isn't the question really, just want a bit of advise about them

    At 20 years old, you risk screwing up your HPTA system for good. This could lead to a life of problems. I think you should use the next several years to really dial i n your diet and training. Work on keeping that health up to par as well.

    Please read the sticky at the top ref. being to young to do steroids.

    1) too young
    2)diet should be in check
    3)get workouts dialed in and "dedicated" (BF% could come down to 15% or under, hit that cardio)
    4) figure out whatever is causing the bouts of bad health (don't just add to the mix with possible steroid related health issues)

    Your profile says you are 20 which is young for AAS. You can really end up damaging yourself in the long run if you use at such a young age.

    Your sporadic dedication and training is an iffy subject as well. You should really only start to consider the use of AAS if you are fully dedicated and hit a roadblock with natural gains. AAS are no shortcut or magic pill, the hard work, spot and diet, and dedication all need to be there for AAS to do there part, they all mesh together.

    Your BF% is against the recommended starting point. If you were to bulk at that % you would easily exceed 20%+ BF by the end of the cycle IMO. That is something nobody really wants. I would work to getting to at least 14% before starting. This way you can make solid gains without looking like the Michelin man at the end of your cycle.

    Crack down on your diet and workout routine and really hit it hard for another 3-4 years and you will be surprised at the gains you can make. I highly recommend hitting the diet/nutrition section and begin to gather some information there!

    Agree w/all above. Having a solid diet and training routine is the best right now.
