Hey guys, so I'm 22 yrs old, 6' tall, 190 lbs, 8-9% bf, and an ectomorph by nature. I've been training for about 7 years now, and been working on perfecting my diet for the past 3. I'm planning on competing by the end of 2013 and want to take my physique to the next level. I've never cycled before, so I'm thinking about doing a pretty low dosed one to see how it reacts with my body. I have friends that have done cycles before , but I wanted your guys' advice too.
I was thinking about doing 1/2-1 cc of test per week(split up into two days) for 8 weeks(maybe increase the dose halfway through?), dbol for the first 4-5 weeks at only 10mgs(or is that just pointless?), and then I want to add something else after the dbol but not sure what. I'm planning on being on nolva the entire time and just increasing the dose during my pct.
Any advice is much appreciated, I guess I'm wondering mostly how the dosages sound and what else to add. I'm obviously going to be on supports and everything during my cycle.
