damn......50-100 mg? thats more than i wanted to take...i was thinking maybe i could get good results with 25-30 mg ED???

Yes, you can.

There is really no need for mega-high doses of var. The key to it is duration of cycle.

The .125 - .2 MG / pound of body weight works fine.
