Meal1- protein shake with pineapple (5am) wake up
Meal 2- nature valley bar oats and honey .. 5egg whites and 2 yolks
Meal 3- whole wheat bagel with jelly and 7 egg whites
Meal 4 ( snack) bag of almonds/cashews/raisens & protein shake
That's till 3pm I have another 3-4 meals left
