    Feedback needed on 2nd cycle

    Stats
    24
    5"10
    175 --- 10%bf


    Cycle past experience

    Sus and deca --- had Amazing results

    Test and winny-- decent results


    I'm gunna run Sus/ Deca/Eq for 16 weeks

    Would like some help on dosages

    Sus 1-16

    Deca 1-14

    Eq 1-16

    I'm gunna run adex every other day at .25
    I have hcg available .. Shall I run it on cycle ?


    Pct will consist of clomid/ nolva

    50/50/25/25 & 40/40/20/20

    If I do not use hcg on cycle when should I start for pct

    Diet I'm preparing a new diet for myself using mynetdiary from the app store

    Thats a big combo for a third cycle. I'd recommend test 500 mg with the deca 250-400 mg is more than enough for 12-14.
    Second choice is the sust with the deca

    5-10 175lbs. You need to work on your diet especially if this is your 3rd cycle. Mind listing everything you ate yesterday?

    I was 187 but I started roller hockey and walking to work and more active at work (construction) , also referee ice hockey on weekends which consist of about 9-10 games per weekend ( about 13 hours of skating

    I've read a lot and seem to like Sus over test

    Capebuffalo

    Meal1- protein shake with pineapple (5am) wake up

    Meal 2- nature valley bar oats and honey .. 5egg whites and 2 yolks

    Meal 3- whole wheat bagel with jelly and 7 egg whites

    Meal 4 ( snack) bag of almonds/cashews/raisens & protein shake

    That's till 3pm I have another 3-4 meals left

    Your getting about 80 grams of protein from the time you wake up till 3pm.

    You need to post up your diet in the nutrition section and let the vets there help you out.

    Your not eating near enough brother, I wouldnt touch anything till I got my diet figured out until then I would hold off on cycle

    ok thank you ....would you guys recommend SUS over test E or vise versa?

    also for an AI....arimidix every other day? or every 3 days at .25?

    should i toss in some EQ?

    Test is test in the end the results are the same.
