8oz skim or almond milk
Some natural peanut butter
Some honey
7:00 am
Handfull of almonds before work
10:00-12
8oz chicken
Cup of brown rice maybe two
3-7 pm
Shake same as #1
Apple
8-9 post workout
Lean steak
2 russet potatoes
Some veggies
10 pm
Cottage cheese

Creatine mono 10g a day

THE GEAR:
1-12 test-e 500mg a week
1-6 dbol 30mg a day
1-12 arimidex .5 mg a day ( got gyno last cycle don't want anymore)
14-16 Nolvadex 40-40-20-20
I'm not going to go into depth on my diet as I don't care for numbers anymore I go by the way my body feels and what the mirror tells me. My body tells me what I need and when.. please let me know what you guys think!!
