    Second cycle, test-e, d-bol

    First cycle was dianabol only.. had no idea what I was doing.. stats:
    24yo male
    Bodybuilding experience: 4 years
    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 172
    Bodyfat estimate 12-14%
    Waist: 33"
    Arms: 14.75"

    My weight 1 year ago was 190 at 13% been busy with work and family, now coming back for more looking to hit the big 200 lbs I've been looking for. My diet:
    This is a 4 meal plan I think it works better then 10 little meals if you have a fast metabolism ...

    5:30 am
    Shake:
    1/2 cup sweet potatoe powder
    Casien, whey blend protein
    8oz skim or almond milk
    Some natural peanut butter
    Some honey

    7:00 am
    Handfull of almonds before work

    10:00-12
    8oz chicken
    Cup of brown rice maybe two

    3-7 pm
    Shake same as #1
    Apple

    8-9 post workout
    Lean steak
    2 russet potatoes
    Some veggies

    10 pm
    Cottage cheese


    Supplements
    Animal pak
    Creatine mono 10g a day
    Need2 slin
    zma for sleep

    THE GEAR:

    1-12 test-e 500mg a week
    1-6 dbol 30mg a day
    1-12 arimidex .5 mg a day ( got gyno last cycle don't want anymore)
    14-16 Nolvadex 40-40-20-20


    I'm not going to go into depth on my diet as I don't care for numbers anymore I go by the way my body feels and what the mirror tells me. My body tells me what I need and when.. please let me know what you guys think!!

    Doesnt seem like a lot of food. Although you are 172. How does that diet break down? Calories, protien, etc... whats your TDEE?

    Just looking for feedback, like I said I'm not going to try and break everything down as I will be changing my fat and carb intake based on what I'm feeling. I have a very intense job, I catobolize fast when working, then I'm sitting at home for days at a time . I usually up the fat if I'm feeling sore and need the energy.. Roughly 4000 calories 320g protien, 320 carbs, 85 fat. Everyone keeps telling me to up the fat intake while on cycle. Others tell me to eat everything I see, including new born babies so ya just looking for some advice on my diet while cycling. Also to see what everyone thinks of the 4 big meals and smaller ' snacks' inbetween..

    That's not 4000 calories. Anyway, if you don't want to do a bit of work and figure your TDEE and Macros, I will just let others chime in.

    Why would I break down a sample day of food makes no sense, I don't eat that exact meal plan everyday just as n example of a day for me at work when I don't have much time. I don't compete, I'm not going to pick a meal plan off Arnold.com and eat it. I've responded to this type of plan before with good success and achieved my goal. I just count as I go keep it in my head throughout the day I'm not going to make a plan because I never know where I will be or whether I'm working night shifts or day shifts or I'm in Mexico getting drunk on the beach. That is my basic 'foundation' of what I've eaten for the last two years.. it could be 2800 or even 5000 in one day. I'm just laying out my basics and seeing if I'm close to being on par as far as my cycle and basic diet go.
