An ai will either permanently or temporarily, depending on which one you take, inhibit the ability of the aromatase enzyme from converting excess testosterone to estrogen. Taking supraphysiological doses of testosterone or other aromatizing steroids will cause unhealthy and/or dangerous E levels.
