Starting first cycle tommorow.. Fwark yeah
Hi guys,
Thought I'd just lay out my plan to see what you all think, doing a test e and dbol cycle for my first time. Today from ar-r my liquid clomid, tamoxifen and ai arrived. I've got a bunch of 23g 1" and 1 1/4" needles and 18g for drawing I've got
-2x vials of test e
-100x 15mg dianabol tabs
For supplements I'm taking
-cycle assist
-anavite multi vitimin
-krill oil
-vitimin b5
- whey protein and casein
- liv52
So the plan is to take about .8 ml twice a week, and 3 dbol pills per day as well as all the supplements in their normal rated dosages.
For workout I'll be doing 5 day split, which consists of chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders and staying at the gym for about an hour and a half per day, with 2 or 3 days of half an hour cardio per week.
Diet will just be oats for breakfast, every other meal will just be lots of chicken, tuna and steak, with brown rice, potatoe, veggies, nuts etc.. Got a pretty good diet already.
Is there anything else I should know or does it sound pretty thorough. Open to all ideas or comments..

What are your stats and what are you trying to accomplish?
.8ml doesn't tell anybody anything. We need to know what your vials are dosed at!
Diet goes a lot further then just eating healthy foods. Don't get me wrong you have some great food selections but do you know exactly how many calories and macro-nutrients you're eating in 1 day?

We need mgs per ml. How long do you plan to run said cycle?

Sorry, the test is dosed at 250 mg/ml and im planning on running it for 12 weeks, thats why the odd numbers, it will be around 400mg per week, with 45mg of dianabol .
Just trying to bulk and pack on some muscle, not worried about fat as ill cut after pct.
weighing in at 85kgs now aiming for around 95kg.
4 weeks dbol

Well it looks like you've done some reading which is refreshing. Very good that you waited til you had everything needed including PCT before starting cycle, your cycle looks fine. What's your PCt plan?
A lot of people here will just parrot what they've read some one else say in order to look important. I try not to do that.
Don't skimp on your diet is the best advice I can give plus don't stop your diet after your cycle, keep the diet going to maximize your gains.
Also be sure to get some protein in with your first meal as well since after sleeping your muscles are starving for protein even if you use a slow release protein for the night. I buy egg whites in the carton and use 1c of egg whites plus 1 whole egg for an omelet in the morning with my oats. I get 6-8 meals from food and 2 protein shakes a day. Be sure you're getting enough food.
He's doing 45md/day because he has 15mg tabs. Due to the short half life of dbol it's better for him to get it 3 times a day instead of two to keep his levels consistent. Dbol/ Test E is fine for a first cycle, I did that as my first many moons ago. I wouldn't do anything more than that though because it's important for the op to be able to listen to his body and see how he reacts to different compounds.Last edited by CrazyCanuck; 08-28-2012 at 04:33 AM.

tbh i cant see an reason to do more then 30mg of dbol . on another note first cycle should just be test E only

Your going to miss this one on diet. As far as eating well, this is probably the one phrase that keeps people from having the cut, muscular body they're envisioning. You not only need to eat the right foods, but you need to eat the right amounts, the right combinations and at the right time. Google Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). After that Google TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Open an account at www.fitday.com then go to the diet section of this forum and figure out how much of each macro nutrient you need, how to pair them and when (partitioning) and when to eat them to do what it is your wanting to do. As I've heard Slimmer Me say (I love the quote but don't want to take credit for it), "The one secret thing that every guy and girl with what you think is the perfect physique is taking isn't a drug or a supplement, it's an absolutely accurate account of every single fvcking thing that goes into their mouth." BTW, she doesn't say fvcking, that's me....
Also, need eggs in the morning, not just oats. Your already catabolic from not eating all night. For instance, when I'm doing a lean bulk I eat 15 egg whites scrambled with 5 whole eggs along with a cup to 1.5 cups of oat meal. GOT TO GET THAT PROTEIN IN ASAP in the morning...

Thanks guys, I'll definitely have to check out my diet a bit more...
My pct is 100/100/50/50 clomid and 40/40/20/20 tamoxifen starting at 2 weeks after last pin, I also have liquid ex from ar-r , since I have it should I just take it while on cycle like .25mg eod? Or just unless I get bad sides? I'm not planning on doing another cycle for a long time so it would be pointless to keep..
While on cycle would it be a good idea to go to the gym as much as possible or do I still need enough rest days? Anything else I should be aware of to take full advantage?

use the liquidex from week 1-14, and yes you still need rest days. your muscles will grow when you are resting not when you are at the gym. good luck.
