    Tren + Test

    Hey this is my first post...im gona do a course of TEST P and TREN A in a few wks and just wanted to know if dis will be da right job for a big strong lean bulk when used wit a strict diet?? and which type of test and tren wud u advise?? tanx!!

    Your to young for AAS and obviously did not read a thing on this site before asking a question.
    A first cycle is Test only, you did not include your stats, cycle and workout experience to base an answer on.

    Do some research, get diet and training in check and wait 4 years till your HPTA is done maturing.

    yeah im 21 but been training hard for 2 years now. iv allready done a cycle of test and equipoise a few months ago and went from 90 too 98 kg. i train twice a day most days for 5 days a week so i train just as hard as any!!!

    Believe it or not, you might grow faster by cutting down on your training volume. Rest is as important as lifting. Naps and playing video games are key components to my growth strategy.

    its only one muscle a sesion. eg chest morning and triceps evening. always take wkends off and do nothing

    Aha. Makes sense. I forgot guys do that. When I go to the gym I want to get it all done because traveling to the gym twice a day takes too much time for me.
