    Fixing to run my first clen cycle

    Fixing to run my first clen cycle (liquid clen) for a total of 16 weeks, sept.17-jan 6, i will be doing 2 weeks on with 2 weeks off. I will be stacking it with adderall 30mg rx i have add and i am perscride by my doctor. I took plenty of fat burners in the past from cellucore, roxy liean, oep so the jitteryness or sleeping wont be a prob. I am doing all cardio an a lil weight training while taking clen, fixing to do tough mudder in december and half marathon at disney. Hopefully i will see results i want by jan. I will post before pic up soon, idk what im going to do with my diet since you don’t eat on adderall. . I plan on only doing adderall with clen on my first 2 weeks,
    3rd and 5th week being on clen..

    Im currently
    5’11
    248 lb
    34.5% bf
    bmi 33
    muscle 31.9%
    body age of 66 year old
    verscile fat is 14%

    my goal by dec.
    205lb
    14%bf
    virscile fat of 7-9%

    any suggestion or questions just reply

    will update with weekly dosage, pic and other supplement that i will be taking

    can you please describe your diet and cardio routine?

    I'm 22 years old, i do cardio about 3 - 4 times spaced out, i do about 8 miles in running which i do in a total of two cardio days usally 5 miles one day an 3 on the other.on my other cardio day i do hitt on the ski machine for about 20 mins with 6-8 intense 30 seconds. Im looking to consume about 700-1200 calarioes a day with no more then 20g of fat, under 45 grams of carbs and at least 150g of protein this is hard since when you take adderall you have to force your self to eat and you eat very very little portions. Those are the read on my scale have a omron scale.

    The Clen will most likely do nothing for you at that bodyfat it works best when your 10-12% and trying to get below 10%, you need to head to the diet section and lose weight by healthy eating and exercise. I have been using clen on and off for two years now and its my go to drug for scraping off the fat, but im always below 15% bf

    My bodyfat is odd idk if its is the machines i use or just me being stubborn, in high school i always weighed 181 since i was always in the 183 weight class for powerlifting.the machine i used then told me i had 26% and bmi of 21% at the time and that was my junior year so idk how to get the best recording of body fat % and that. What do you think of taking clen /adderall and doing crossfit?

    How about you skip the clen and head to the diet section and drop the bodyfat with a good diet and cardio?

    What machine are you checking this on?

    Do you have someone that could do calipers on you??

    Post a pic so we can see. Something is off if your running that much and not losing weight.

    In highschool it was the bmi hand held test and now i use my ormon scale which has a tbar when it gets your readings

    ill post pics soon by tonight or tommorow
