    does it really matter when you eat your dbol

    One of my buddies says heat eats his when he gets his prewo meal/shake in, and his workout are much more intense. Really?

    I dont think it matters all that much.I have taken as well as others different times of the day.And the results were the same.

    If you have the 10mg tabs I think it's better to take them throughout the day rather than all at once.

    i have mixed feelings on this... i have spread them throughout the day, kept my blood levels steady all day, but was not us strong in the gym, and gained decent size... ive also taken them all at once, 2 to 3 hours before i hit the gym and felt strong as a horse, BUT the rest of the day my blood levels were all over the place, i did have more gains this way, but the down side, i had more side affects...

    So you felt more sides as in what? You grow at home so being a beast in the gym be worth the sides to you?

    Yes you grow at home, but i felt stronger in the gym and lifted more taking 50mg of dbol 2, 3 hours before workout, compared to spreading the dosage throughout the day...the side affects from taking 5omg all at once, was some pain full headache , blurry vision, nausea , and blood pressure was really high during the first part of the day 160over90, then really low during the last part of the day and early morning 80over 40 ( it s was all over the place)... i tolerated the side affects,and for the first time, i actually got some stretch marks around my shoulders, from growing to fast...was it the safest thing to do by taking them all at once ? No, probably not, and probably wont do it again, but i know a lot of people that do it like that, for years and love it ( and i can see why, because you get a lot of power and lift really heavy, once you hit that gym)

    I will try 30mg a couple hrs befor wo and see what happens. Thanks for the personal experience.
