    Arimidex during cycle

Im planning on using an AI on my cycle but my supplier told me last minute he doesn't have aromasin (my AI of choice after reading) so I'm getting arimidex instead.. At .5mg ed and up the dosage if needed to 1mg ed.. Any thoughts?

Also there's a lot of different opinions on when to start taking the AI on a cycle.. So I'm unsure whether I should start on day 1 or wait for sides or start taking once the testosterone kicks in? I just want to get some of this cleared up.

U should start from day 1, to keep your e2 in check, you can't visually see all estrogen side effects. Just because you aren't getting gyno or bloat doesn't mean your estrogen isn't too high.

.5 ed is a lot. The normal recommended dose I've seen is .25 EOD. You don't want to push your e2 too low. The sides can be just as bad as too high.

So true. I bottomed out my E2 once. No fun.

Ok I thought .5mg was already low enough.. Thanks I'll start at .25mg eod then

With that being said.. I'm assuming same time of day for every dose? Or is timing not as important?
