    Test E and Anavar

    Hello all. New member here just had some questions on a potential cycle.

    Background info: 6 2. 220 pounds 25 years old. Degree in exercise science so I know how to diet properly and I played 5 years of college football so my training is in check.

    Looking at this for my cycle:
    Week 1-10
    Test E 250 mg
    Week 6-10
    50mg ED anavar

    PCT
    nolvadex

    20mg ED for last 2 weeks

    Just looking to put on some lean muscle and keep the gains without crashing or being shut down to hard. Money is not an issue as I have a great job but workout time might be since I work all the damn time!

    I've done 1 cycle in the past of Test E and d Bol and I did about 9 months of research before. So AAS is not new to me. Just wanting some thoughts and input

    Sorry I thought I included it but I guess I didn't!! 13-15%. The reason I say that is because we did just about every way to test BF you could in college and that was where I always was in between

    lol, 1 cycle in the past means AAS is certainly new to you.

    Anyway... 250mg is enough to shut you down without much benefit. Unless you're attempting to let the Var do the work.

    You don't need nolva on cycle, you need it for PCT and you also need clomid. I would up the test to 500mg and run it for 12 weeks. Var dose looks good for week 6 to 10.

    What's your plan for a blocker?

    IMHO I ran my first cycle of test that low and had good gains. I was 41 at the time with a good diet. My second cycle 3 years later that I am just finishing ran test 450mg and anavar 100 split twice a day. I dont think you will get much out of the anavar at that low of a dose.

    50 is a good starting dose. And at 41, your test level were probably quite low to begin with, so yes, you probably benefited from that TRT dose (on the higher end of trt). I don't know what you define as "good gains" though

    Well as far as someone who hasn't researched much lol hard to do them in college with NCAA testing

    I was thinking that low dose of test I wouldn't need an estrogen blocker... Guess I was wrong.

    What would you suggest?

    I'm on a lower dose of TRT and was prescribed an AI. You should get blood work done to be safe.

    I'm not looking for much weight gain. I played at 245 and that was to big!! Haha I just want maybe 5-10 pounds and lean up a little. I've never had Abs and that's my goal. I could always get the upper 2 but never the bottom ones!!

    Well, your diet is what determines that, not the gear. You should get that looked at in the nutrition section before you run this cycle.

    I would definitely run test at 500 a week. 250 is a waste imo. Letting var do the work is kinda a joke. var is very mild but you will receive good pumps and some vascularity from var. (everyone responds differently to var)
    you want to see abs that is all diet and cardio bro. I am currently cutting to get to 9% and I am eating super clean, fasted am cardio, low carbs and its tough!! very slow results when shredding the fat

    Zone bar

    Lunch
    1 chicken breast
    Steamed broccoli and spinach

    Snack
    Whey protein shake

    Dinner
    Baked salmon
    Spinach lettuce salad
    Black beans

    60-100 oz of water

    Sorry I don't have calories or nutritional facts with them. But any tweaks you would make please let me know. Also be aware I work from 6am-8pm. And I'm in trauma so those times change all the time.

    Not looking to gain really. Looking to lean up with a few pounds added. Like I said I work in Trauma so eating is a privellage Somedays you can take out that lunch and mid afternoon stack! What would you suggest?

    To lean up, you need to figure your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), and then you need to go into calorie deficit of 500+ calories, minding macros. All this info is in the stickies in the nutrition section. Read the thread "CUTTING 101".

    this is a MUST if you want to see abs imo..you cant just wing it.. it takes some dedication and you do not have much time but you still can hit your macros (protein,carbs, fats)

    op-happy to have you here as aust said and were happy to assist. thats what the board is all about!

    Well I appreciate both of yalls help!!

    Probably gonna hold off on my cycle until work slows down and I can sit down and re evaluate my diet.
    I like to measure 9 times and cut once. So I'm in no rush to start.

    It was also good hearing from a fellow Austinite!! I'm stuck in Houston but I'm jealous of you!!
