And also, my friend says adex isn't necessary on cycle and that nolva + HCG should work fine. This would be easier for me since I basically already have them, so is adex really necessary?
I've read about adex and nolva and I know they are both for controlling estrogen levels, so what's the main difference between the two? And why is adex necessary on cycle and nolva isn't? What's wrong with using nolva and hcg on cycle?

an AI is needed aswell, although at 21 years old i think you'd be better off waiting a few years before using AAS. btw what are your stats?

Ill be 22 when I start. Just building everything right now. Im 6' 190lbs, 8-9% bf(Im am ecto so 190 looks big on me). 7yrs of training, 3 yrs of serious nutrition...

An ai is needed because it will lower or een cut off completly your levels of estrogen.. To avoid sides like gyno etc..
Usualy what people do is they have it on hand and if they eperience sides they ll use it! But if you see sides like gyno.. Im pretty sure adex cant help and you'll need LETRO...

@christian basically test converts into estrogen, an AI will help stop that conversion. it should be used while on a high dose of test regardless of weather or not you have gyno symptoms .
