I'm on a cycle of sustonon 250 wk 1-11
Winny wk 1-3 (finished)
I've made some decent gains, I've put on 11lb but have now lost 3lb since finishing my winny, is this normal? Is it water? Should I up my calories?

Winny is a leaner. not a bulker from what iv heard.
Winny = Fat loss while keeping a lean muscle gain. often used the weeks before competition to drop down to them low BF% on the right dosages
You can use it for both cutting and bulking, I made some good gains from it, but since I stopped taking it 3 days ago I've lost 3lbs while eating a 600 calorie surplus! I don't know what to make of it!Originally Posted by Bevsta123

No I count my calories and micro everyday on a piece of paper! I eat a 600 calorie surplus. I'm putting it done to the winny because since I stopped using it that's when I lost the weight. Maybe it's water weight.Originally Posted by gixxerboy1

Winny doesn't make you hold water. Typically it dries you out.

Yeah I know what's what I thought, but its the only thing I can put it down to, maybe I've lost abit of my gains due to stopping the winny, I'm gonna see how I go for a week, if my gains Holt I will bump my calories up another 200Originally Posted by gixxerboy1
