    just finished winny, still on sus, I've lost 3lb while on a bulk, is this normal?

    Hi

    I'm on a cycle of sustonon 250 wk 1-11
    Winny wk 1-3 (finished)

    I've made some decent gains, I've put on 11lb but have now lost 3lb since finishing my winny, is this normal? Is it water? Should I up my calories?

    Winny is a leaner. not a bulker from what iv heard.

    Winny = Fat loss while keeping a lean muscle gain. often used the weeks before competition to drop down to them low BF% on the right dosages

    You can use it for both cutting and bulking, I made some good gains from it, but since I stopped taking it 3 days ago I've lost 3lbs while eating a 600 calorie surplus! I don't know what to make of it!

    have you even checked your bodyfat% before and after the winny..? just because you gained 12lbs from your cycle itd be naive to think that whole 12lbs would be muscle. its only normal after cycles for people to drop a few lbs.

    Yes but I'm still on sustonon, so I thought I wouldnt lose any gains ontil I'd finished my full cycle?

    There is no way you are eating a surplus and losing weight. Either your tdee is off or you not eating what you think you are
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    No I count my calories and micro everyday on a piece of paper! I eat a 600 calorie surplus. I'm putting it done to the winny because since I stopped using it that's when I lost the weight. Maybe it's water weight.

    Winny doesn't make you hold water. Typically it dries you out.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Yeah I know what's what I thought, but its the only thing I can put it down to, maybe I've lost abit of my gains due to stopping the winny, I'm gonna see how I go for a week, if my gains Holt I will bump my calories up another 200
