Stack enanthate and propionate? Good or bad?
Just wanted to find out a bit about stacking these two together, weather it's a bad idea or if I is a good stack. This is my very first time with any type of steroid and don't really know if using these two will work well or be safe for a first timer. What dosage should I take of both and when? And also what should I do with a pct? Nolvadex ?
Anyone with info I would greatly appreciate it.

you are too young,my man. Shutting down your natural production can lead to lifelong issues. Do some research. Hit the Nutrition and Workout Forums to get good ideas on a solid diet and different training routines. These are most important anyway. Not worth the risk at your age.

That is part of the reason why I havnt done it yet and wondering weather or not I should but the thing that I find hard is to put on weight when training and I train hard but all I do is gain mabey 3kgs if that. My metabolism is quick as I eat all day everyday but just can't seem to gain much weight if any. That's why I was think bout using this stuff. so u think it's a bad idea full stop?

we hear this everyday by people just like you saying thay have tryed "everything" to gain weight when the reality is they have not...steroids will only temporarily make you gain a few lbs but the fact is without a solid diet and training routien that gets them gaining naturaly then all of the steroids in the world wont help you...in the end you will ultimetly loose all you "gained" when you stop and may even screw yourself up for life...

I'm a 20 year old male. I take sups such as protein, creatine, testo boosters, amino acids. I eat pretty well with fruits salads and lots of carbs and plenty of meat at least twice a day. Don't know how many cals Or anything. is there any natural boosters that actually work? I've tried a few things but don't seem to get a lot out of them.

Well first you should have protein with every meal. I bet if you posted your daily diet in detail it would suck. If you want to stack something stack a chicken breast on a beef patty and inject it forcefully into your mouth several times a day. I guarantee results just messin with ya kid..but post that diet.

Haha yea. Well morning I'll usually have west bix with a protein shake and apple. Mid morning ill have banana, tuna with rice musli bar. Lunch I'll have either rice again or a pasta dish with meat and again banana. Mid arvo I'll have tuna sandwich with protein shake or smoothie depending on where I am and shit. Dinner is red meat or chicken veg and another carb. is this a bad diet? I know it can always be better but is it that bad?

Sounds like a lot of simple carbs and junk to me. I would say not only is your quantity bad but so is your quality.

Well man I would agree with the above statements on diet. im 27 and just started my first cycle in august and i would say diet is like 70% if not a bit more of weight gain and even strength. the test is just a performance boost in my opinion which yields awesome results if done well with a proper diet. I mean you said you eat 2 chicken breasts day.. im eating 4 atleast lol.. 8 ounces of chicken to be exact. 5000cals a day and 3500 macros. Like i said im new to cycleing but i will say this, i have friends that have been cycling for like 4 years and im already as big as these guys and getting stronger.. I credit this to training for years with just protein as a supp and diet. Then before i started cycling i just toned my diet up a bit with the nutrition forums here ( they are a huge help) and some friends who compete and train for a living. SO again diet my man.. is the key to body building. A good clean diet with clean cals and carbs. With your age if you eat correctly you should have no problem gaining weight , no excuse...As for an eating plan read the nutrition section like people are saying. There are plenty of diets posted there .. choose one for a base starter and improve on it and do what works for you. Anyways my newbie advice. happy hunting

Again not being able to see your look or knowing your exact stats... i couldnt say. If you read the nutirition forum you will know what to do . Trust me. Just read the forum. If your trying to gain weight your obviously gonna wanna eat a lot and have set meals through out the day. preferably id say every 2-3 hours while your awake id have a meal. Carbs during day and fats i do in the evening. I heard splitting these two up yields good results ( now that doesnt mean i eat all the fat off the beef or chicken), just means ill have like olive oil on some broccoli or somthing else. But again this is what works for me. READ THE NUTRITIONAL SECTION... if you keep asking questions on the same topic after they already told you what to do the vets will rip you apart on here lol...
