I agree with BW! It sounds to my like you are getting it figured out my man. I def. hear what you are saying about putting the weight back on after such hard work.
In order to accomplish your mission it isn't AAS you need it's a good increase in qulity calories and a solid gym routine. I'm sure you learned how to cut...it's obvious. Now learn how to bulk properly.
Way to be an insperation!!!

How big of a deficit did you eat in, since I'm sure you ate clean? Time frame? Good results man.

Thanks everyone. Now I just got to rebuild.. and try not to get as big as I was because it wasn't easy getting here I would like to try and get about 5 more lbs off.. Took about 6 months. Ate clean worked out all the time. I am not going to set here and say I never cheated because I did. But not a lot and never Monday through Friday. Once or maybe twice a month. So not much.
I would get on here and read and read. So I join to be a member and read and read more. Read a lot of 405 post and stem I think was his name when I first start. I was like man if he can do I can do it and I am just a regular guy. 405 is a lot more knowledgeable than me. So I would read a lot of his post/ threads and just learn. He was already cutting I think when I started so that helped me out as he was doing it I was learning how to do it.

Nice job man, seriously, I know the amount of hard work and discipline that took.
Not trying pissing in your cheerios but you're not under 10%, I'd say you were 20% before and now are prob at about 12%, without seeing leg or back pics it's hard to tell though.
I'd definitely agree with you that it's time to do a lean bulk - with or without AAS is up to you but this place is a great resource to learn how to do it either way........

Nice job on the cut. Only way to know body fat % is hydrostatic weighing. Any easy way to do that is if you go to college, your athletics dept. probably has a dunk tank. Another option is skinfold tests...cheap and easy, but fairly unreliable. The reason I say that it's impossible to give you an accurate guess based on pictures, is that different people have different ratios of subcutaneous fat (under your skin) vs viceral fat (around your organs)
Examples of this would be:
High viceral fat, low subcutaneous fat: Large, extended belly, but you can see abs.
High subcutaneous fat, low viceral fat: Sub 10%, barely visible abs. Both are unusual, and most fall inbetween both categories somewhere, but the extremes ARE possible.

I think 405 may be bulking now...I think. Maybe you could piggy back! Great job and great attitude. Thanks for showing everyone what hard work, determination and a willingness to learn will get you!
