Steroids and hunger?

Do you guys find steroids make you eat like a beast? I know that they can make you hungrier. What is the reason?

Well your lifting more and increasing workouts. That alone will make you hungrier. Plus your metabolism increases.

Your muscles begins to increase in size in part to the uptake of nitrogen. Your body needs more energy maintain this rate of metabolism. So you eat more food. The human conversion of food to protein is pretty low. Not like a bovine who's the king of food/protein conversion. Eat and grow.
