Hope i posted this in the right forum
I am about to start a Clen/T3 cycle for the first time and had some questions for effective use
Im starting off with these too to burn fat then down the road add something else.
My questions were
-Effective Dose of Clen/T3
-Specific foods i should be eating as part of my 1000-1500 calorie intake
-How much cardio i should be doing
-Any additional supplements i should be taking during the cycle that im not aware of
Anything else helpful would be great if you have the time.
