nolvadex 1 week still puffy.

On nolvadex script for a week at 10 mg. Got gyno from a dimethazine and epistane cycle . I think it was prolactin or progesterone . Because it was lactating . But any way, the lump is getting a little bit smaller ( may be in my head ) but still sore and very puffy . Only looks normal when my nips are cold . also is puffiness considered gyno? or just a mass behind nipples are?

general puffiness may be just fat tissue. if you feel a lump, thats definite gyno. if you're lactating, its definitely definite gyno.

you've already seen a doc and got a script? what did he say?
