Help getting started
Hello I'm new to the site and looking for some info. I am 35 and sitting at 290 and looking to get down to around 240. What is best for cutting?

I do diet but it just seems like no matter how much I work out I cant lose it.

Can you p post your diet with macros
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I know wat your thinking bro.But aas isnt a diet aid if you arent losing weight.Your diet isnt any good.Do wat is suggested and post your diet in the diet section.They will help you lose that weight.

Stricter diet and more cardio should slim you down some. Head to the nutrition section
