Hard to say of course, but true LBM - I would say 15 pounds is the highest retainble LBM weight. But, that's JMO.

It's all what you make of it. Your diet you posted will allow you to gain size, though I'm merely guessing since you haven't revealed your height/weight/BF%.
It really just comes down to your diet, your training regimen, your diet, your rest. and your diet. The test will amp up your recovery time and strength, so as long as you're feeding your body with enough of the good stuff, you'll continue to grow.
I'm entering my 10th week of the same cycle(my first injection cycle too) and I've put on over 30 lbs. From 185 to 217 Safe to say I'm living close to "best case" scenario. There hasn't been an outlier in terms of weight gain per week. It seems every other day the scale tips a pound heavier. Granted, I increase my food intake every other week.
Keep in mind, when you get bigger, you must eat bigger to continue growing. Because, what is above maintenance for you at the start of your cycle, could be at maintenance at the end. You'll still make gains regardless, but they come easier and, as I understand, are easier to keep when you eat ample amounts.
When you come off, diet plays an even larger role, so jack up the calories in PCT and afterwards to help keep your gains.

Whats the benefit of running nolva and Clomid for pct? Just wondering because I've ran only Clomid in pct and it works just fine for me

Everyone one is different so you cant say.But your 1st cycle is your best so dont mess it up.

running the both together helps prevent estrogen rebound and will help you recover better (aid in replenishing your natural test levels)

Definitely the diet will get you the best results. You can workout like an animal all you want. But if you're not feeding the machine then yours just burning time. Stay committed and the results will come in time. My first cycle i gained 15lbs kept 10 of it so i was pleased... just stick with it and realize that results don't happen over night even while pinning... just stick with it... good luck and happy lifting
