    When to cut?

I am 4 weeks into my 12 week test cyp cycle, using arimidex and two weeks after last pin going to use nolvadex and chlomid as a PCT, I am gaining weight at a impressive rate, body fat and muscle, I was wondering if it is best to start trying to lose some bf during cycle or after?

Post an example of your daily diet. It may explain the fat gain. If you are trying to bulk there is going to be SOME fat gained with the lbm no matter how you slice it. It can be minimized with proper nutrition.

Well. diet is not my strong suite...hell I would live off of Poptarts if I could lol.
I would say drop you cals down to 3500 or so and lower your fat to 40 or less.
I would def. suggest posting this diet in nutrition and letting those food Nazi's take a look at it lol

also remember not all fats are even. Your body will burn mono-saturated fats much quicker then poly-saturated.

Are you doing any cardio? If not may start or increase it if it is limited.

My wife and I don't even bother loading up the bikes for much less than 20. 8 miles on a bike is not a huge cardio workout. Start jogging and eliptical to get that heart rate up.
