    When and how can I drink V?

    Do u drink it with water? With food, i've heard ppl mixing it with their salads....are there any foods with acid that might kill the effect or anything? or do i just straight up take it whenever i want??

    malaka !with their salads ???gimme a break !!!thats the funnyest think ive heard what u thin it is ranch dressing ???mix it with juice grape fruit juice ,or i used stright water and drank it .worked pretty good .

    you can through it in some gel caps it you want, or straight down the hatch. just make sure to pull off the pin first.......
