Greetings all, I'm 39 y/o, 6-1, 180. I'm not a big guy but I am fit. I mostly cross-train with weights, running and swimming. I am training for a 30 day adventure race and I am looking for some additional strength. I do not care if I put a single pound on but I do wish to add some strength as I will be carrying some fairly decent weight for long distances. My biggest obstacle is that there is a very strong possibility that I could be tested for gear with my current employment. So I need to take something that is gone fairly quick and I am leaning towards Anavar . I have been reading a lot and I have noticed that most people consider Var only to be a big waste of time but can you all please chime in with your opinions on my situation. I want to gain strength, I don't care if I gain size and I need something that will be gone within a month or so. Also, please advise what the recommended pct would be for Anavar or any other recommendations....thanks everyone.
