Newbie question
I've been considering a cycle for a while now but had a few questions I was hoping the people on here could help me with.
First. I've always had my best gains with a three day per week split (tue/thur/sat) with either a upper/lower or push/pull split. And I rotate back and forth between those every 12 weeks or so. Would this still be a good frequency if I was on a steroid cycle?
Thanks in advance, and I'll have alot more questions in the coming weeks. I want to know as much as possible going into this so I can hopefully get as much gains as possible with as as few negative effects as I can.

if you got a system that works for you.Stick with it but all ways keep your mind open for something new.

It does work for me. But I guess my question is; if aas' reduce recovery time, am I losing out in possible growth by not doing a body part split? I read in mags all the time about how this Mr. Olympia does a 5-day split with 2 hours each session, or this one does a 6 day split with am and pm sessions each day!!! I know I over train pretty quick with a body part split natural, but should I reconsider if I'm augmenting with aas products?

I never actually thought all the crap they wrote was real. But there's usually a grain of truth in there somewhere. And thanks for the replies, and for not mocking what could be a dumb question.

A lot of us guys do 1 body part a day.Some like to hit each body part twice a week.Wat works for one doent for another.Everyone learns this thru trial n error.Good luck Bro.
