About to wrap up my cycle... On last week of test e 500/week, dbol 50 ed, ldex 2.5mg eod, and hcg 250iu bi weekly.
Ran the test for 12 weeks, dbol for 4. Been running hcg for a couple now...

Question: should i increase my dosage of hcg after my last pin until i start pct? And: how long should i continue the ldex?

I Erroll be starting clomid 14 days after last pin which is tomorrow.

you can continue the hcg and adex at current dose till you start pct. no need to increase the hcg, but might need to decrease adex slightly in the second wk.

pct should start 14days after last pin, with both nolva and clomid together

Overall it went well, i gained over 15lbs. My diet wasn't as spot on as it should've been, but i learned a lot for next time. I loved the dbol!! The strength gains and pump were incredible! Just about to start pct and see if i can keep most of the gains Only my second cycle.

I truly believe that diet is just as, if not more important than anything! So if i had any advice it would be to make sure and set a solid diet plan and stick with it! Hit those calories/carbs/protein numbers!
