- what will you take to minimize shutting down your testosterone

You can't just start popping pills with no idea of the risks or what you are doing. This is a great place to learn but your question suggests you have no idea what you are doing. That's not smart at all.

Test e or c is good for a first cycle. At 60 pills a bottle with two bottles you have enough for 8wks.
