hey guys i do not take steroids but i am thinking of taking pgh to boost my weight loss and to beef up a little bit will this do the trick or what would you sujest in-order to do so?
a couple of freidns of mine have done pgh along with winstrol all oral and have acheived great results, i really would like to start on these i have done alot of research before i posted this and i am aware of the side effects
im 24 years old i currently weigh 85kgs i work out 1- 2 hours every second day which consists of 15min warm up ( jogging to sprint on tredmill) 30 mins cardio ( puch ups, pull ups, sit ups, start jumps and knee highs)
30mins intense weights( db curls, bar curls, bench press, squats, tricep curls and dead lifts) then a 10min warm down ( jogging then to the bikes)
my diet is fairly good not to stricked but workes for me its:
breakfast (2 eggs and peice of toast or cerial with fruit)
lunch ( chicken with steamed vegies or tuna and a baked potato)
dinner ( 100gm steak with salad or fish with vegies)
and of corse protein shakes before and after my work out as well as a createin drink a half hour befor work out
and sumtimes maybe a banana or an apple between meals when i feel hungry
and please do not tell me i am to young for my mind is already made up that i want to do this or to hit the nutrition or i have already done so
i am open to all advice but yeah maybe i may be to young but it is my decision att the end of the day and if yous really beleive in this stuff would will help me to so properly other than me just goin out and trying for myself and causeing harm tomyself i want to do it right but do not know how
