5.9 185 aboout 13% bf been lifting for 4 years i had some gyno in the past i fixed all that and just want to get on the right track and not have alot of sides so 500 test e for 10 weeks and eating clean with Arimadex .25 eod and my pct is nolvadex 40.40.20.20 clomind 50 .50 .25.25 . been reading some ppl do

thats a VERY big range. somewhere in between would be best.

.25 is fine. You can increase if needed. .25 should be a good starting dose. And you should extend your cycle another 2 weeks.
