First cycle leading up to a competition
If I were going to run an 8 week prop cycle leading into my next BB show, would I want my last pin to be the week of the show? Anyone ran anything similar in this situation?

I ran through the show. Used a dieuretic Had no issue with water. Some say drop it. That's my only experience. Dropped water noon the day before. Had been drinking two gallons a day by that point I dropped everything but the test the week of the show and ran test a few weeks afterward to help with the weight rebound.

What do you hunk about extending to 10 weeks instead of 8? What were your gains like during that cycle? Did your diet change any calorie wise?

I would extend it. I dont know what you are asking. I cut from 205 to 165.

Yeah it doesn't really make too much sense looking at it now. I like the idea of extending it. Thanks for the info. That's a pretty sick cut. I bet you were shredded beyond belief.
