anyways.. the reason i'm so light after working out for nearly a year, was because i wasn't taking it seriously. i would go to the gmy for 20 minutes, do 1 compound exercise followed by one isloation. I pretty much did military press and lateral raises exclusively.
now im traing it all. i honestly know what im doing.im makin good gains. NO THE **** YOU DON'T! You have a shitty workout routine, without a doubt, but we'll get to that later.
i just wanted to know to know how im supposed to take prohormones. You don't need prohormones at your age and with your knowledge you're bound to **** yourself up for life.
