    Time off cycle

A good rule of thumb I've come across is time on = time off. I'm about to start pct for my current cycle, already excited for my next, but don't want to jump the gun.

Is this the norm for most people?

OK, so how detrimental would it be if i went back on 10 weeks after a 12 week cycle? Not the end of the world I'm guessing?
