hi Ive been browsing this forum for a few days now trying to find the answer I've had some friends suggest different things to me and I'm a little unsure of what path to go down
I'm 22
I workout minimum every 2nd day due to my work every few weeks I travel so it stops and I just get a run in here and there where I can
my diet is average but not unhealthy
I'm 90kgs at present my goal is to get down to 80 but I can't get below 85 even when I try strict diets and training twice a day, friends have suggested clen and from what I have been reading they sound right but should I take that alone or in conjunction with something? any advice for would be muchly appreciated!![]()
