Cycle
Hello people how is everything?
I'm 25 5'11" 75kg sitting around 13%
Want to bulk up an put nice lean size on so thinking
Dbol 60mg/ 4 weeks
Decca 600/mg 7weeks
450/mg 8-10 weeks
300/mg 11-12 weeks
Sus 500/mg 10 weeks
375/mg 11-12 weeks
Bold 250/mg 12 weeks not really sure about how much bold to run?
Have a great diet an was maybe thinking of doing I.F diet.

What's your cycle history?
What's with ramping down? Too old school.
Why EQ? This is the trash of AAS. Crap gains (zero at your dose), unnecessarily high RBC.
165lbs @ 5'11 ? I'm guessing this is your first cycle?

First cycle? If so TEST only
You seem a little light for 5'11 that 165 with a LBM of 143. Diet would be key here.
Your could eat big and clean and gain 20 lbs naturally.

Hey there I was 100kg but ver very fat so I have trimmed down clean eating an cardio an weights got rite down too 65kg i was doing mma training also.I just find it really hard too put lean weight on.
Have done test only b4 a couple of times.
So don't bother with ramp down an maybe do 500mg of bold for the 12weeks?

I would drop everything. You don't really have a good base to build off of. You need to fix your diet for 8 to 10 months before you cycle again. Cycling with a poor diet will yield poor results.
If you insist, I would just run a Test only cycle, I know you've done it before but it doesn't sound like you did it with a clean diet. You can take all the gear you want, without food, you're not getting anywhere.
Get to 180lbs naturally and then consider cycling. Visit the nutrition forum and let the pro's there critique your diet. And when you're ready, don't run bold. I'd rather pin 2 CC's of air before I ran that compound.
Nice ink. You need to EAT. You're skin and bones. (Better than being fat, so congrats on that)

on cycle supps..lots of water and multi vitamin.

Definitely agree with above, spend some time getting a natural solid base of 180 lbs and keep it lean...Test only is you must have an AI and PCT in place.

Good luck in the future and w/your training. Sounds good. A solid diet to compliment your workouts will help more than anything right now. But when you're ready a test only cycle will yield great results. And keep us posted.
