Yo! Lookin good bro, been busy haven't been on as much as I would have liked... but shit, can totally see a difference from the before pics! Haven't been able to get my hands on a source yet, so i've actually opted to run a cycle of proHormones starting next week. I'll have a thread on the ironmag forum where i got them from. But again, awesome work Jax!

Man those are some impressive stats! I bet ur BF will be low as well by the looks of things! Yeah dude, the source thing just takes time and patience it seems. But as long as u got yours ur good for now obviously lol. I'm excited for these proH seems to be a lot of good reviews a d results over on ironmag, gotta start somewhere eh?

Good plan, test cycle then u can lean out later prolly how I would go ab doing it as well. if u go to ironmaglabs.com u can read up on them, I'll be on the halo extreme stack plus super dmz 2.0. And yup, currently living in delray beach, love it down here it's friggin awesome!

Well it's come to the end of a long 12 week road Test E. You have done a good job adding muscle and strength to my body and I thank you but I have to let you go. It's not you...it's me. Ok that's a lie it is you! You have taken your toll on my body and I have to let you go for a little while. Thank you for the 8-10 lbs of mass and the huge strength gains you gave me. It is much appreciated. Now after pct and time off we can continue our relationship again in a few months and I'll bring a few more friends to the mix. Sorry this had to happen right at Christmas.

Thanks guys. Tried to keep the diet pretty tight but slacked off every now and then but all in all I'm happy.
Lunk- haha you know it brother. I'm still questioning it myself.
What can I expect post cycle as far as strength loss or muscle and physic loss. Should I stay on the same diet....etc.

Yes bro absolutely stay eating the calories, and keep water intake up. You should expect to lose some strength and weight of course, but how much is up to how strictly you stick to your routine. I lost a lot last cycle and was pretty bothered by it but I slacked off And your pct is ready to go right?

Ugh I think I pretty much lost everything. I'm steady losing weight. Back down to 190. I even started dirty bulking to try and keep weight on but nothing is doing any good. PCT is over now and my strength is back where it was before I started but the good news is I can tell a little more definition than when I started last September. I think that's the only gains I was able to sustain. Come on March! I'll post my next cycle in a new thread when I have it all worked out.
