Thanks man for checking up on it. Yeah been making some pretty good progress in the gym. I've put on some significant weight gain. I've got up to 203 so far but I haven't checked my BF yet. I want to wait till the end to check that bit I have cut down a lot from what I can tell. My strength is through the roof though. I was maxing probably 320 on bench in the beginning and I'm hoping by week 12 I hit 405. That's a definite possibility I never thought I would get to. I just want to double my body weight and I'll be happy. 5'8 200ish benching 405...yeah I'll be happy! I don't do a lot of squats with free weights or dead lifts due to lower back pains constantly so I stick to the machines mostly on leg days except for calfs but on leg press I'm a beast.Originally Posted by Jdbjr86
I tell you man the biggest problem I have is a good source. My guy is good and I have quality product but its such a pain to get from him. He sketches out a lot and I have to stay on him about getting me what I need. I doubt I go with him again the next time unless I can't find another. I'm sure the bf is down quite a bit. I wasn't able to get my hands on HCG which would have helped with the cutting aswell but this was more of a basic cycle anyway to see how I would do. Well it's come to the end of a long 12 week road Test E. You have done a good job adding muscle and strength to my body and I thank you but I have to let you go. It's not you...it's me. Ok that's a lie it is you! You have taken your toll on my body and I have to let you go for a little while. Thank you for the 8-10 lbs of mass and the huge strength gains you gave me. It is much appreciated. Now after pct and time off we can continue our relationship again in a few months and I'll bring a few more friends to the mix. Sorry this had to happen right at Christmas.

Through your cycle, did you always stay around ~2,100 calories?
Honestly I always tried to stay closer to 3k calories. I didn't always make it due to work and life in general and I could have given an extra 10% on my diet and had better gains but all in all I'm very happy. I was 192ish when I started and I'm a solid 202 @ 5'8" and still the same BF @ 12% so I'm proud of my 10lbs of muscle I put on. I'll post pics later when I get home and have the time and try to put together some before and afters. Yes bro absolutely stay eating the calories, and keep water intake up. You should expect to lose some strength and weight of course, but how much is up to how strictly you stick to your routine. I lost a lot last cycle and was pretty bothered by it but I slacked offAnd your pct is ready to go right?

Ugh I think I pretty much lost everything. I'm steady losing weight. Back down to 190. I even started dirty bulking to try and keep weight on but nothing is doing any good. PCT is over now and my strength is back where it was before I started but the good news is I can tell a little more definition than when I started last September. I def kept some lean mass. I'm more cut and lean and thicker through my chest legs and shoulders especially than before but not like I was on cycle. Going to the gym right now kind of sucks because its disappointing as far as strength goes. Im just not pumped like i was. Hopefully I can get some natural weight going on here soon.
