Totally agree with Songdog. You can't gain if you aren't eating enough and enough of the right proportioned macros. Gear will never make up for poor nutrition.

Yes bro I'd advise you like the rest and say you need help with your diet and/or training or maybe both. 150lbs at 5% bf. You don't need steroids you need to hit up the buffet a few times a week.

my 3rd cycle. advices please COMPETITION IN 3MOS

yeah i know im kinda light for 150, but being here in a tropical country and im genetically predisposed to having a very very fast metabolism, like i mean insanely fast.

here a sample of my daily diet

morning: 3 to 4slices of wheat bread w/ peanut butter
    i serving of whey protien

    snack: mashed potatoes

lunch: chicken breast or creme dori fish with 1 to 2 cups of rice, some nice banana for dessert.

snack: 2 slices of wheat bread with a fairly generous amount of peanut butter OR chicken breast and 1 cup of rice

pre workout: black cofee, 2 bananas

post workout: mashed potatoes, ground beef or creme dori fish and a serving of whey protien

dinner: creme dori fish and 1 cup of rice

before bedtime: another serving of whey protien

this is generally my everyday diet. i dont do cardio but for the competition i will be forced to do so, haha

Please visit the nutrition forum and post this there for critique. I don't want to clutter up this section with diet info, but your diet need A LOT of tweaking.

Do you have an ambulance on standby? Do you have any idea what 3 % looks like?

Yes its too much. I don't know what caliper you used, but I go by Bod Pods. It's probably not likely that you were at 4% of less. Maybe a miscalculation. Its not healthy and dangerous.
