First cycle.. to cut or bulk??

I'm 23, 250 lbs, and 6 foot 1.. I'm not "in shape".. I have a built by work body, I'm a roofer.. I do have some muscle under the 3-4 inch's of fat.. I've been told fat turns to muscle quite easily.. that could be total bs.. I dont know a lot about body building or steroids.. I've been training mma for a while and lets just say I'm the roy nelson around here.. my biggest concern with roids are bitch tits.. any recommendations on how to avoid this? Good stack to avoid tits anyone?

Agree with stocky. MMA training will be great for you. Hit up the nutrition section and let the guys there critique and tweak your diet so that you maximize results.

    Welcome, and best of luck.

Fat doesn't TURN into muscle...it's either one or the other.

Welcome to the forum. The first thing I'd recommend is that you go over to the diet section and start doing some research. I personally like the "Carb Rotation" diet to lose body fat. Cardio and diet does wonders to get body fat down. When you down to about 15% bf or below you'll be set.

Welcome to the forum! If you're worried about gyno, definitely stay away from the gear until your bf is down in the 10-14% range. With a good diet, your job and mma training will get you where you want to go!

    Good luck!
