    How to tell how much Exemestane?

    Doing a first cycle, test e, age 28. In my 2nd week. Running Exemestane 12.5 eod as suggested since day 1. My question is how do i tell if i need to increase or decrease that dose? Thanks.

    Test is 250mg x2, tuesday & friday.

    the most accurate way of cos is to check your blood estro levels.

    some symptoms of low estro: extreme lethargy, zero libido...decrease ai.

    some symptoms of high estro: bloated, your shoes and watch and rings become tight, gyno...increase ai

    Yeah bro bloodwork will tell you exactly. We can only tell you the amount most guys start at. Everyone's different so 12.5 ed for me might be too much, or not enoughy for you.

    Always can tell my bloat by my wedding ring. Wife gets so mad when she catches me without ring on due to bloat. Well said here.

    when on a cycle, clearly you would be expecting gains, so your pants and shirts will become tighter. but the feet, the wrist and the fingers are not areas where you would be expecting gains, so any increase in size in these areas are usually due to water retention.
