    First time Cycle - Questions

    Howdy all.
    Long time lurker first time poster.

    Im 24 turning 25.
    Looking to get some help in putting on lean mass.
    Been training on and off for years but constant the last year or so.

    Now this may sound silly but any assistance would be valuable.

    So i would like to hit a cycle. Something thats "easier" on the hair loss (i know it doesnt cause it but speeds it up).
    Also i would like to try put a bit of Size on but keep it to Lean size, while helping me with my mid sections (Seems to be where my Fat is stored)

    -Few requirements (Once again tell me if this is not doable), i would prefer it to be Injected as i want to stay away from the oral and the harshness on the liver, And perfably for my first cycle i would like to only hit 1-2 different steroids.

    Ok make it easy on everyone then.

    Test only first cycle. Do you plan to run an AI, HCG, and PCT?

    In addition, everyone is different when it comes to hair loss. I've known and heard of people starting to lose hair after one cycle, then others not at all after 8-10.

    I'm more worried about your base. 1 yr or so? I would train natty 1 more year. That way your tendons and ligaments can handle the stress better. Imo

    Hey guys,

    Woah you guys reply fast

    Height = 5'10
    Weight = 80 KGS on a good day haha
    BF im not to sure ive never done test, i dont have much "flab" just on my mid section.. still have love handles..


    Ill take your advice to train more natural for a year. It gets a little de-motivating at times, however i think my midset is right.
    What could help with lowering.

    Been pretty consistent training for the past year.
    Also play soccer to help with cardio.

    Stats please and have you checked out the education threads. I think thats a good place to start if you don't have much idea about first cycles.

    Well, in order to bulk. You will need to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) ~ help with this can be found in our nutrition section. Once you have this magic number, you will need to increase calories by 500+ daily, minding macros of course. (Grams in protein, carbs, fats)


    Do not cycle before you fix your diet so that you do not waste time and money, as without proper nutrition, you will not see the results you're looking for. You'd be quite disappointed.

    I would also do what capebuffalo said and wait a year. Use that time to perfect your training and diet. You have to learn how to eat before you cycle.


    When you're ready, For a 1st cycle, you will need to run a Testosterone only cycle. You should never stack other compounds for your first cycle so that you can identify the culprit of sides. You also want to see how your body reacts to Test only, as this will be your base compound for all future cycles.


    Week 1 to 12, run Test E @ 500mg every week. (Pinned twice per week @250 each - Mon/Thurs)
    During the 12 weeks you will need to run an estrogen blocker, such as Adex, and dose @ .25 every other day. This will help with water retention issues and mainly lower elevated estrogen levels.
    Consider HCG on cycle, and dose @ 250iu 2 to 3 times weekly. this will speed up recovery and prevent testicular atrophy.
    Once the 12 weeks are up, you need to stop everything. Wait 2 weeks, and perform Post Cycle Therapy which should consist of clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20

    You don't need steroids at your age just diet and exercise and most of all a commitment to doing it..

    I'll do a little more research before leaping but thinking off training and prefecting my diet.
    What diet would be best to lower my fat percentage. I think I would like to be more lean than massive

    At the moment I'm doing 8 small meals. Very low carb

    Very low carb isnt always good. Check out the nutrition section and post your diet there for critique.
