Noob dbol help
I have been out of the gym for a couple months now have been too busy with work. A friend just gave me a sheet of pink 10mg danabol cubes. I've never taken anything other than off the shelf stuff (no explod, gakic, animal pump, etc etc).. So aside from hitting the gym routine and staying off the booze, what should I do for the next 2 weeks? Take 10mg each morning, gym every other day, any other basic tips?

Diet?

Welcome.
If you've been out of the gym, 1st thing you should do is get back for a while so your body remembers what it's like
Next, save the dbol for future use. It's not a good idea for a 1st cycle, and most certainly should never, ever ever be done alone. Should be ran with Test.
What are your stats?

I'm 25, guilty of being on and off working out for years.. I'll go months without missing a workout, I'm active in general, but not strict on diet or working out lately. 6ft 170lbs... After doing more reading it looks like test E is a popular combination.. However I'm not sure where I'm going to be able to acquire that around here ..

And no one here is going to tell you either. It's against the rules to ask for sources which is what you are doing with the ".."
You just said it, you can't commit to working out and you do not have a "strict diet" which probably means no diet at all. I wouldn't waste my time using AAS if I wasn't serious about training and diet. Just my opinion.
