    Test E at 500mg a week with...? Cycle help! First timer!

    Anavar or Winstrol ?

    The joint sides are a bit unsettling but I heard that lots of water really counters that. Hair loss is only temporary from what I have read as well.

    But would like to talk to people about and not just read up on the searches that yield the two in comparison from over 5-10 years ago. New information, new people, new experiences!

    Run Winstrol maybe weeks 4-10 while running the Test 250mm twice a week for 10 weeks. Finishing with some HCG and PCT with Nolva. I would have Aromasin (Liquid Stane) on hand the entire time. Would probably dose it every 3 days just in case.

    So...
    Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg (250mg Mon/Thurs)
    Weeks 5-10: Winstrol 80mg every day
    Weeks 3-14: HCG (still confused on these dosages... hmm) 300iu every third day.
    Weeks 14-17: Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Weeks 14-17: Clomid 100/100/50/25
    Goals are to keep all gains. I don't want to gain strength just to lose it at the end of 10 weeks. I'll deal with being stuck but not losing strength. I've been lifting consistantly for 16 months. On and off for years prior. I have plateaued at 5'7" 178lbs in the morning. About 181-182lbs by bed time. Body fat is guessed to be around 10-11%. Would like it to be 7-9%. Obviously dieting is huge for that but that's understood. Just throwing goals out there.

    Currently my max lifts (approx, been a couple months now since i've done singles).

    5'7 177lbs (for the lifts)
    28 years old.
    Totally natural up to this point

    Squat: 415 (1 1/2 months ago). 305x20 (2 months ago)
    Bench: 275 (1 month ago). 225x11. 245 4x3 (just did the 245x3 actually)
    Chinups: 17 (after low rep bench) This was over 2 months ago
    Weighted Chins: 80lbs 4x3 (while superset with 140lbs log press 4x3). This was also over 2 months ago
    Barbell Shoulder Press 175 (about 5 months ago).

    Those are my main lifts. Would love to get big gains out of those specifially. I have routines for that but just letting people know my starting point.

    500 cc per week? You gonna use a 2 gauge and a funnel??

    Test only for your 1st cycle.

    500mg would be 2cc ... unless you have Test that's 1000mg per ML!

    I would run it for 12 weeks. Leave the Winstrol out and save for another time. Start HCG at week 2 or 3 and run to PCT. PCT should start 14 days after last injection

    Clomid-100/50/25/25
    Nolva-40/40/20/20

    Why leave the winstrol out of it? I HONESTLY don't plan to run multiple cycles. And if I ever ran a second... it would be in over a years time from the last pin.

    You suggesting that to see how my body reacts to the sides?

    So taper off the PCT... gotcha.

    Because its your first cycle. No need for 2 compounds, just one. See how you react.

    :-) I don't want to look like an obvious juiceball. I want to look somewhat natural! I mean... it's real hard for me to make any "looking good" gains right now. I am making strength gains. But that's my genetic makeup. My family has a history of being strong/athletic. But I have a few areas of fat that I can't just can't shake. My diet is pretty clean to btw. Not perfect because I don't even know what a perfect diet would look like. But I try to keep my fat count low, complex carbs pretty high, and proteins high. Roughly 3700 calories a day. Protein/Carbs usually look like 380 (protein) and 300g of carbs. Mostly whole wheat pasta and 100% rolled oats (oatmeal). Fat is usually around 80g.

    Is this a good dosage for HCG ?

    Weeks 4-12
    250 iu's every 4 days

    Or am I supposed to pin the HCG right up until the Nolva/Clomid?

    What about Liquid Stane (aromasin ) at 10mg every other day from weeks 4-12?

    You might not plan on it, but I would be willing to bet 20 lbs you do anither within 4 month of being off. Its like that. But, you wont looklikean obvious "juice head"(I fing offensive BTW) as long as you have a ste plan and diet. I do believe that diet, along with the exotic compounds are what make or break you. Any gains you make, I believe can be kept for the most part, so long as you dont reach you natural limit. Diet is the most important thing in AAS or lifting in general. I have dont a cycle, and made good gains(could have been better I suppose), but everything has been maintained and I got "off" in june, if I am not mistaken. Take the advice of the vets, and go from there. And winstrol isnt anything I think you should consider on the first go 'round anyways either. You can save it till next time, and there WILL BE a next time. And @ 80mgs of the stanzanol, thats a bit much. 50 mgs should be just about right, next go at it that is. And get some TUDCA for when you run it, just to be safe. 6 weeks max.

    I don't want another go around, I really don't. I am crazy conflictive about this first cycle! I have my hands on the trigger ready to order everything. Just can't bring myself to do it. I am not big on supplements/AAS... I recently embarked on the supplement journey. I have taken a bunch of Needto products and now am on Con-Crete's creatine. And I have to be honest... nothing really seems any different than when I am completely clean of everything. I know AAS is a totally different monster though. It would be real nice to have my bench real the 300lbs plateau (I want 3 plates, 315!!), and to squat over 450. But the strength seems to come. I can't seem to develop a look I want. I'm decently lean for what I am but i'd like to be a lot leaner.

    The "obvious juiceball look". I didn't mean to offend you. But there comes a point because people become obvious users. I don't want to be near that. I get asked right now if I take steroids but those people clearly don't know anything about steroids and what it can do.

    This site says an 8 week of HCG is a bad idea... any reason why you would disagree with that? Says It would be perfect from 8-14. Have my last pin of HCG the day before I start Nolva/Clomid.

    Just came in! Also got Test Prop at 100mg/ml. Think I should use that to kick start my test e? Pinning every other day at 100mg?

    Stick with the test e, save the test p for a 2nd cycle.

    The post injection pain from test p is very difficult to handle especially for a first time user.

    It's not the pain i'm worried about. It's the amount of compounds i'll be adding to my body. Going from totally natural to a full 17 week cycle is a big change for me. I barely even take medicine! Never drank, did smoked cigarettes, did drugs, etc... very anxious to see how my body reacts to the Test! I feel I have a pretty good foundation for this. I just took my before pictures as well... pretty pumped!

    HCG needle should be 1CC or .5 CC 29gx.5" syringe with needles for insulin ?

    I wonder how many here has said this. i know i am guilty. run just test you will love it and want to again.

    I would bet 12 weeks from now your first post will be how londg should i wait after a cycle to start another. HA HA HA

    lmfao! I am gonna try my best to wait AT LEAST a year if I ever decide to do this again. But I am pretty close to where I want to be looks and strength. I imagine the test will make this a bit easier!

    Oh man! You got me wettingmy pants and drooling at the mouth! I hate ya'll, dang it. I am getting my BW done friday afternoon. Wont get results back till wednesday or thursday, but I am thinking about having me a pre dinnertime snack of 150mgs of Prop myself! Good luck with all of this man. Your diet is going to determine what your body does with this. Dont worry about the "juicehead" look. Andyou didnt offendme the lasttime. I was just messing around. You canstay as lean as you want or as big as you want depending on your diet. I wish I could help you out with that lab, but I only know mine. Youre going to have fun with this, just make sure you are asking alot of questions, andPMing alot of vets(I do this too much). Just make sure you got everything in check, and MAKESURE TO POST UP SOME BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER pics. Dont forget. And I am telling you, test only will give you exactlywhat you want. It is my "go to". It is the best. Good luck!

    My diet is going to be a lot of oatmeal and chicken. Then work in vegetables, whole wheat pasta, and tuna. Trying to aim for 3700-4000 calories a day. Roughly 380g of protein, 320g of carbs, and 80g of fat or so.

    Also, Alpha Pharm is the brand.

    it takes alot of work and a few cycles to get the "juice head" look your talking about. i'm on my first cycle as well (test E 500mg/wk) and my girl thinks i'm gonna look like brock lesnar or something in 12 weeks....just doesn't happen. if it does, i will be a pioneer in the steroid world.

    and remember, most people won't call a "juice head" a "juice head" to their face, lol. so who cares if people think your on steroids or not. even if you got huge natty, haters would still say your on juice, so **** it, JUICE!!!

    No, I understand that. That's why I don't wanna do multiple cycles. I posted a before picture just before in this thread and there a few changes I'd like to make. But nothing "major". Overall leanness, bigger chest, shoulders, and arms. :-) hahaha
