Winnie, First cycle
I'm 26, 5'7 an 162lbs, im looking to do my first cycle and id like to do winstrol to get cut... i wanna do a easy 7-8 week cycle to see how my body reacts, my diet is lean right now because im trying to cut, can someone write me out a good dosage for week 1-8?

Not a good idea. Test only for your first cycle.
What is your BF % and training history?
no spoon feeding here. Do some research and propose a cycle for critique.

You need to spend some time reading. Winnie alone is not an ideal first cycle and post your "lean diet" if you want constructive feedback.
The people here who have achieved success didn't get there by being spoon fed. It took commitment to diet, training, and proper education in the use of steroid cycles.

Mate,
The problem with a winnie only cycle is that it will supress your natural testosteron production. You need testosterone for all things that make men, "MEN". Without testosterone, you may experience a variety of side effects, including erectile disfunction, reduced/no libido, depression.......
these are not symptoms you should take lightly. Better to take the advice and always make testosterone the foundation of any cycle. Many here cycle with testosterone only, and there is nothing wrong with that.

I see some of your stats, but there other stats that are relevent, such as body fat%, years experience lifting this last time, knowledge of nutrition.
Based on my earlier answer, my next answer to your question will obviously be testosterone .
Go ahead and answer those three questions for me and I will complete my answer regarding a first cycle.

You need a better diet. If your 17% at your size your not holding much muscle. Forget the steroids and get a better meal plan now

I used to play baseball and was lean and didnt need to be big but gotten higher bf% and now trying to cut it down and then bulk

I've been researching since mid-july, I thought winnie would be good because i know ppl that have done it for first cycle but trying to learn more about it as i get closer to the cycle

Fix your diet first our your wasting your time. Also these are all basic questions that if your read the educational threads you will learn out. Nobody wants to type it all out again. There is more to steroids then just how many weeks
