enough protein?
Which plan works better? 400mg/ew of primo and 100g/ed protein or no steroids and 200-400g of protein?

I just read a thread where a guy's diet consisted of Protein: protein shakes, protein cookies and protein bars. Carbs: mango's banana's and granola and Fats: almonds and he threw in some chicken too, sort of as an after thought. Same deal as always, having trouble with gains. Probably wondering if his gear is fake...

Seriously though, I eat 465 g protein/4500-5000 cals a day.
How you do it is spoon to plate to mouth repeat till gone...
