    enough protein?

    Which plan works better? 400mg/ew of primo and 100g/ed protein or no steroids and 200-400g of protein?

    I don't get whe re your going with this., so is 300 g of protein more anabolic then any steroid at any dose? Question makes no sense
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I would have to take the 200-400g of protein. The primo would be too expensive and a waste w/100g of protein. They compliment each other.

    A spot on diet cannot be beat, what will steroids do without food. Diet and training number 1.

    With the correct food and no steroids you will grow, with steroids and no food you will not.

    I just read a thread where a guy's diet consisted of Protein: protein shakes, protein cookies and protein bars. Carbs: mango's banana's and granola and Fats: almonds and he threw in some chicken too, sort of as an after thought. Same deal as always, having trouble with gains. Probably wondering if his gear is fake...

    there are some pros I know they tell me, eating 400g of protein will work much more anabolic than any steroid at any dose.

    I wonder how people can eat 400g. No job? No family? Eating all day long

    3 shakes = 150. easy to hit additional 250 with solid food.

    I got in 394g yesterday. Really isn't that hard, whats hard is getting 300g of clean carbs for me.

    Seriously though, I eat 465 g protein/4500-5000 cals a day.

    How you do it is spoon to plate to mouth repeat till gone...
