Hi. I've been on this forum over year reading and learning. I've waited long time and finally I'm going to do my 1st cycle! Its gonna be 500mg teste e e/w. I got my gear today but I,m starting in 2 weeks. My stats: 29 y/o, 173lb, 5'10, 11% bf. training exp over 4 years.
Pct 2 weeks after my last pin nolvadex 40/40/20/20, clomid 100/100/50/50. No hcg this time.
Question about AI. Which one should I run with only test e adex or aromasin ? And what doses?
Also is there anything else that I should consider prior to my cycle.

drop your second wk of clomid to 50mg.

run either dex or stane but stane is easier on the system. if you chose dex .25eod if you choose stane(aromasin ) 12.5mg eod

and prior to cycle i would seriously consider hcg .

Looks good bro but run your diet by the diet section.This way you will get MAX results.Good luck bro!

Ok. If both AI works the same why not to choose the one that easier on system. I'm planning to get my AI from ar-r . Also I have 1ml u-100 25g5/8 needles. Is it ok or should I get different size?

If you are planning to use these for your test then I would suggest 1" 25g 3ML.

that's for you to decide. but i would go with the stane bro.

pins should be

23g 1.5" glutes
25g 1" everywhere else

I am assuming this was meant for Quads? Unless you have quite a bit of fat to get through which at 11% it doesn't appear you do, 1" everywhere will work fine
