    Anadrol 50 and AI question

    100 mg test prop, 376mg test enan, 374 mg test cyp, 500mg equipoise, 500 iu HCG= weekly

    So my andadrol 50 arrived yesterday and i was wondering if there was a specific time of day that it is best to take it, from what i have read it stays in your blood for 8.5 hours before being passed out (of helpful range) i was thinking 30-45 min prior to workout?

    Also for an ai i can get Arimidex, Femara, and Fareston, which one should i get and what would you recommend for dosage

    I have been taking Dandelion Root extract and Lemon Juice for water weight because they are natural diuretics but i want to be sure my E2 levels arent higher than Whitney Huston

    gixxerboy1 is correct it is a blend it is test 400, i was giving the mg components of it

    Ok...got it! I think the best is to split the dose to be taken twice a day but the key woulld be consistency. Take it whenever you take it but try to take it every day at the same time.

    ok so take half when i wake up and the the other before the gym? that makes sense but would keeping it in the blood like that put more stress on the liver versus once a day? just trying to collect all my facts bro bro
    have you ever tried anadrol?

    Sorry man I was working job #1 and not near a computer. No I have not nor will I ever run Adrol. WAAAYYY to toxic for me to want to mess with. I don't really care for orals much and have only meesed with a little dbol as a kickstart and some var. As far as more stress your mg is mg so wether you do once a day or 4X a day it wouldnt really matter. Honestly I thing the lower doses spread out would be less toxic as the kidney has less at a time to process. My opinion ony!!

    just kicked started my cycle with oxymethalone 100mgs a day once in morning once in the evening gained 40 lbs in 3 weeks ran for 4 weeks and dropped no problems other than raising my bf% 3% but Im bulking now so to be expected tried to bulk keeping my bf% close to same by doing 2 hours cardio a day but doesnt work.

    I don't understand why when ppl are bulking they are expecting to gain a significant amount of BF?
    If things are done correctly or best as possible(diet and calories) why don't ppl just go for lean bulking and leave little room for error and gain as little BF as possible 1% or less?

    Im sorry there is no way you gained 40 lbs in 21 days and it was only 3% bf. You had to be a bloated mess.

    Agreed this is why i do not really care for Orals such as Dbol and abombs! they fill you up with water and as soon as you discontinue them the water weight just slowly comes right back off. No real solid gains in my opinion.

    I tried Dbol for the 1st time with this cycle and I will never waste my $$ again.,

    still have visual abbs I done the slingshot last year was at 270 lbs 14% body fat 41 years old my goal was to get sub 10 made it to 10% body fat my diet wasnt on par ive realized now I wasnt subtracting my cardio and adding it back into my diet was doing 2 hours cardio lost 70 lbs lost 70lbs and tons of muscle and strength and it is possible. I have witnesses raised my calories from 2300 to 3600 I eat very lean but a lot I always respect your opinion but your dead wrong this time. My son who works out with me doesntknow I juice or just doesnt confront me about it said how is that even possible when we were weighing in but I haveothing to prove you can believe or noy but iys a fact.

    dr prescribed water pill for blood pressure retain little water and after major cutting cycle my muscle and strength will come back fast I was at 270 with 15% after 6months went below 200 tying to get sub 10 lost a lot of lbm made a major mistake on diet doing two hours cardio 4 days a week and not adding back into my tdee could have acomplished the same bf% and kept at least 25 to 30 lbs lbm was using my fitness pal and hadnt figured it out totally till now.And I have board members that will validate
