Should I take AI if not having any sides?

I am on Day 12 of my cycle. My AI came in mail today! Yay! I am not getting any sides. Is it still necessary to take. Would waiting until I get sides be a bad idea?

I'd run an AI just to keep estorgen from being elevated at all.... You don't need much

Better to be proactive in preventing sides rather than reactive when sides become a problem IMO

Estorgen may cause other health issues other than the ones we expect when cycling..... Breast cancer being one...

I wasnt experiencing any sides either Live For, but my sex drive never went up either. So that was a side and I didntrealize it. The AI can help there too for sure if there hasnt been any changes in the sex drive dept. I learned that tidbit from capebuffalo.

She insisted and it was 185/something really high. My E2 was sky high, but I felt normal.

As was already said, just because you don't have sides doesn't mean your E isn't dangerously high. Pretty much everyone will have elevated E above reference range when taking supraphysiological doses of testosterone, but not everyone will get sides from it.

I once realized the AI taking I was bunk when I happened to have blood work done - my E was in the 300's and I had no clue about it with little to no E side effects......

I wouldn't take an ai unless you get sides otherwise you can risk lowering you're E too much and that will make you feel crap. It happened to my on my last cycle when i ran it from the start..

You may have very well overdosed your AI from the start, but it would be very rare if not impossible to not have elevated E2 when running test even at conservative doses like 500mg.

i was only taking .25 eod.. i would just wait to see how it goes first.

to be extra safe, check estro 1 month into cycle. if its high, start AI and re-check 2wks later. most people will have high estro on cycle whether they feel it or not, but some people react very strongly to ai. for them, the standard .25mg eod of adex may be too much. simply decrease that to e5d or even once a wk. but no matter what, some ai is almost always needed.

People often overlook this but when considering an AI you always have to take into account the cholesterol related effects. When you use an aromatizing steroid like testosterone, which can already lower HDL cholesterol, when you combine this with an AI like Arimidex it can be quite significant. Everyone always talks about staying healthy while on cycle, and if that is a concern this factor cannot be ignored.
