    First cycle ever..please help!

    Stats: 25 year old male 5'11 160 lbs 15% bf...My buddy who is on juice since he was 23 (he's 38 now) suggested that I should do a 8 week low dosage cycle of test cypionate and tren to get a lean body and lower my body fat. Note that my goal is solely to shred bodyfat and NOT to look bulky. I'm aiming for a lean body, low bf type ( Similar to the abercrombie and fitch body) plus I already have the desired muscle mass I want so I want a cutting cycle. (((I know that diet and cardio are key components to reaching my goal so I def have that in check))) Anyhow he suggested to inject 200 mg of test cyp and 1 cc of tren once a week. I asked him about PCT and he told me to not worry about it..but then again I read countless times on forums that PCT is extremely important..I want to trust my buddy but I'm scared and wonder if he really knows what he's talking about. He told me that steroids will enhance everything and I'll be able to achieve that lean ripped looked faster **AGAIN of course with my diet and cardio in check** So should I go ahead and do it? Are the dosages correct for the body I'm aiming for? please help...

    Your buddy gave you allot of bad advice. Tren is not good for a first cycle. Depending on what tren it is your may not even be using it right. You need pct. You have no ai. Your taking a trt dose of test. Its a waste. And there is no reason to use steroids for your goals.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    There is only one way to handle this. You walk up to your buddy and you kick him solid in the sack! Then when he drops you bring your knee up to his nose...don't stop, drive through the nose!

    Cause that is for the most part what his advise is the eqivalent of for you!

    160 lbs @ 5.11 and 15% BF, I'm guessing you've never worked out before.

    Diet and cardio are the only things you need. AAS does not cut or bulk you. Food does. Please do not take advice from your buddy.

    I've met a lot of guys who used gear to shred fat and build just a lil bit of muscle...So given if this were my second cycle and didn't react badly on my first cycle of test only what would the correct dosage be of test and tren for my goal? and how many times a week should I pin? what type test and tren should I use? test p and tren ace?...........In general he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about? Thanks

    Even if we were to suggest a cycle, which we wont, you don't have a frame to work with. AAS assists in emphasizing your hard work. But you have to give it some ammo, a good build. You don't have that. You're setting yourself up for disappointment.

    You need to fix your diet. It is not "in check" as you say, because otherwise you wouldnt be looking at AAS to get cut. You're at 15% and you want to lower that say... to 13 or 12? That can be done naturally if your diet were to get fixed.

    You are 22 years old and trying to get advise on a very dangerous compound. At your age there could be serious complication down the road that could result in a long life of needle use...TRT. Because you can't produce your own any longer. It's highly unlikely that you will get cycle advise here at you age other than NOT to do it. Why? Because unlike your buddy we care about your health!!

    So you guys are suggesting to focus on lowering my bf naturally til about 12% then do a test p tren cycle?

    I want to do gear people!!!!! I'm trying to learn as much as I can...I know where to get all of the juice I just need some guidance..@t dogg I'm 25...how can I change my age on this thing?? Literally every time I ask a question tons of people attack and discourage me, I just need advise bros -_-

    IS THAT ALLLLL you heard??? No we are suggesting lowering your BF, get a good gym routine down and doing this all natty for a few years. Then when you have built a base and your closer to 25 or 26 come back. Till then spend plenty of time in the nutrition and workout forums. Do it the right way!!

    You want to shut down your natty test production for life and have to tape pop cycle sticks to your peter to have intercourse???? Raelly???? You have been give horribel guidance (your buddy) and GREAT guidence (the guys in this forum). If you have no intent on LISTENING to the advise you are given then don't come here asking for advise. Seems counter productive.

    I thought it was safe to start gear 21? , plus its not like I'll be taking large quantities of test..my goal isnt to look like hulk or be bulky in anyway.......

    At 22 years old, you could cause longterm damage to your endocrine system. You could end up on TRT for life and erectile dysfunction is not a stretch. It's safe to cycle at or above age 25.

    Tren is too harsh a compound for anyone to use on a 1st cycle. Not even a 3rd or 4th. It's 5 times stronger than Test. There is no reason for you to run anything right now. You have natural testosterone flowing right now you just need to find out how to take advantage of that, which diet and training.

    No on is attacking you. You are getting poor advice on the streets and everyone here is working with you to educate you on the dangers of cycling so early.

    OKKK...so maybe I wasn't thinking right and eff my "buddy" he doesn't know a thing of what he's talking about...I'll follow your guys' advice and lean up,build a solid base...if I decide to start gear later in the future after having a solid build, should my first cycle ever be a test only cycle? **Note that I def dont want to be big or bulky just lean muscle** Ive read that people can lean up on test only cycles...how true is that?

    Yiu still shut down you hpta taking 200mg or 1000mg. That can cause permanent damage. You don't need steroids for you r goals. Just diet and exercise. Don't use steroids cause your lazy.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Good call.

    Yes, when you're ready, test only. This is because you want to know how your body reacts to test alone, as Test will be your base for all future cycles.

    In order to cut down from your current 15%, you will need to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) this will give you a magic caloric number. You would need to drop daily calories, based off of that number by 500 calories or more. You will also need to break those calories down to macros (Protein, carbs and fats) and use appropriate amounts. This is all explained in detail in the nutrition section.

    I can tell you that I thought I had a perfect diet. After removing only 2 things from my diet, the BF started dropped almost instantly. Let the pro's in the nutrition section critique your current diet. Lots of people pay big bucks to get such advice, you can take advantage of that section for free, because the guys are nice enough to assist.

    Because you're willing to listen to sound advice and ignore the "Bro science" and street advice, your future cycles will be successful.

    Bulking or cutting is more about nutrition than steroids . They are not the magic diet pill!

    So what youre saying is that the dosage and type of test don't matter for bulking or cutting? And I thought for cutting you injected lower dosages of test and test prop was the best for it??
