Yes, when you're ready, test only. This is because you want to know how your body reacts to test alone, as Test will be your base for all future cycles.
In order to cut down from your current 15%, you will need to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) this will give you a magic caloric number. You would need to drop daily calories, based off of that number by 500 calories or more. You will also need to break those calories down to macros (Protein, carbs and fats) and use appropriate amounts. This is all explained in detail in the nutrition section.
I can tell you that I thought I had a perfect diet. After removing only 2 things from my diet, the BF started dropped almost instantly. Let the pro's in the nutrition section critique your current diet. Lots of people pay big bucks to get such advice, you can take advantage of that section for free, because the guys are nice enough to assist.
Because you're willing to listen to sound advice and ignore the "Bro science" and street advice, your future cycles will be successful.
